David is President & CEO of Life and Annuity Masters, a leading nationwide IMO, servicing advisors across the country. David and his wife Nancy, started the company back in 1989. After perfecting his consumer lead and sales system, they began to recruit agents and built a nationwide sales force selling hundreds of millions of dollars in life insurance and annuities and founded The Lead Masters Insurance Agency. He and Nancy later rebranded the agency as Life & Annuity Masters. Life & Annuity Masters has become a full-service life insurance brokerage agency to service the thousands of life insurance agents that do business with them. More recently, David has expanded his business model to include estate and tax planning for high net worth clients, including providing products and services to Registered Investment Advisors through a partnership with a leading Estate Planning Team, and the agencies Engineered Capital Gains Solutions Division. Engineered Capital Gains Solutions, Inc. supports the companies growing network of clients and agents looking to defer capital gains taxes. David’s role as a DST Trustee allows him to utilize his financial background and team to help clients understand their options and maximize their estate planning needs.

Mike understands the importance of maintaining a genuine relationship with our advisors. With a broad knowledge of current and upcoming life insurance products, Mike helps producers to develop case designs specifically fit to the clients’ liking.

With over 18 years of experience in brokerage support, Dennis specializes in personal and business case design for annuities and life insurance to help producers meet their clients’ financial protection and wealth accumulation goals, as well as prospects and recruits’ producers, helping them to seek out insurance sales opportunities. Dedicated to learning about each individual’s unique goals before preparing their case design, Dennis is able to produce the best possible plan to meet a client’s specific needs.

QUINN ELLIS

QUINN ELLIS

Quinn Ellis has a decade of experience in the insurance industry. Quinn started his career in the family business at Life and Annuity Masters in 2010. Beginning in contracting and new business, he quickly moved into marketing, assisting agents from everything to case design to point of sale. With a desire to pursue personal production Quinn became a licensed Life and Health Insurance professional as well as a Series 65 licensed investment advisor representative.

In his role as head of business development for Engineered Capital Gains Solutions, Inc. Quinn acts as a consultant for advisors, educating them in how to best serve their business owner clients and high net worth clientele through advanced strategies. He works with CPAs, RIAs, property and casualty agents and commercial real estate brokers to help them grow more valuable relationships with their best clients.

Lupe Alfaro is a Case Manager and New Business Team Lead with Life & Annuity Masters. Lupe works to provide ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, implementation, and overall evaluation of individual case requirements and all new business escalated issues. She maintains primary ownership of cases during the underwriting process which requires engaging in frequent communication and coordination between agents, carriers, and internal resources.

Utilizing the skills from her previous role in licensing and contracting, her knowledge of the regulated guidelines at the state and carrier level serves as a point of contact for communications from application submission to policy InForce.

Ronnette works to provide support to our partners through consistent follow-up and assessment of individual case requirements. Baylie is Back Office Administrator for Life & Annuity Masters. She serves as the point of contact between the insurance carriers and advisers, processing and managing all new business applications & contracts submitted to the carriers on behalf of the advisers. Maintaining state and carrier regulated guidelines to ensure your applications & contracts are submitted in compliance and with urgency.

Jessica Avena is the Operations Manager for Life & Annuity Masters. Jessica oversees all back-office departments including New Business/Case Management, Contracting and Commissions, and Reception. Jessica has experience driving improvement in operational efficiency within the agency, boosting staff morale and retention, and optimizing existing processes and procedures. She prides herself in developing and executing effective training to ensure maximum efficiency within each department. Having worked in every department within the agency, Jessica has developed an in-depth knowledge of the business and insurance industry as a whole.

Jessica is skilled in cultivating excellent relationships with key clients, staff, and colleagues. She has been highly effective at building cross-functional teams and developing inter-department communication/collaboration to drive business goals.

Sara Ellis is Receptionist for Life & Annuity Masters. Sarah is the first point of contact for office visitors, welcoming and directing where appropriate, whether in person or via telephone. In addition to her receptionist duties, Sarah provides administrative support across the organization, maintaining continuity among company and agent work teams. Sarah communicates directly with our agents, routing calls to necessary personnel and answering inquiries about the company. She also performs other basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties as needed.
